Online Custom Workouts

These programs are built for you. They are composed of workouts and programs that have worked for me and my Clients. I will be able to track your completion of these workouts through a mobile application. This application will provide the workouts as well as a video and text description of how to preform each exercise. I will provide daily monitoring and a weekly check-in to see how things are going. Great for keeping you accountable, these programs have supported my clients in losing weight week in and week out (average of 10-15 pounds in just 60 days). Recommended for everyone!

Online Diet and Macro Monitoring

We all know the diet is the most difficult part of any healthy lifestyle but is also the most important. Let me take the guess work out of that equation by setting your macronutrients and calories for you and explaining what each one does for you. Macronutrients are what makes up all food(Protein, Fat, and Carbohydrates). Eating the right amount of all these is beneficial to living a healthy life. Using this program you will log all your Food so I can see where changes need to be made or what I can do to help you plan and execute a better diet. Yes it takes some work on your end, but you won’t be disappointed with the results or the sustainability of this diet.

Accountability

I’ll start this diet on Monday… and you do, but then the second week comes along and you have a wedding that weekend. Then it starts happening. You cheat on your diet... then the next day you do the same. Now it’s Monday and you get back to normal but, by Wednesday you are really struggling to stay on track. Eventually you give up only 3 weeks into your diet. Sound familiar? Well with the accountability that comes along with this program I personally make it my goal to keep you on track! I will check in with you 3-4x a week and do a weekly video check-in to see how you, and I can improve your results! Also, being part of a community of people all trying to better themselves is a crucial part of my program.
