Why Workout?

Working Out is part of my every day routine. It gets people out of the house and can make your day much more productive. Not to mention the countless health benefits that come along with working out. This can be a daily thing or a few times a week. Anything is better than nothing.

Working out can help you to build more muscle making you appear leaner. More muscle can also help make your metabolism work more efficiently. Another benefit to working out would of course be losing body fat. The more calories you expend throughout the day the more of a deficit your body enters. In order to lose weight you must “burn” more calories than you consume.

The Goal here at KickStart is to help you understand how to lose weight and to sustain that weight loss through programs that are built for sustainability. I’m not going to tell you what eat example: Eat 4 oz of Chicken breast 4x a day. I am going to set guidelines for YOU to follow. I will provide the tools necessary for you to understand how to meet these guidelines.
